On February 5, 2015, Sandra Maddamma was driving on I-71 in Ohio when traffic began to slow down. Sandra’s car was struck from behind by a tractor-trailer, and the impact of the crash pushed her car into the center lane, where it struck another car.
Sandra died from her injuries.
