Recipient understands and agrees that this badge contains trademarked and copyrighted material and may only be used as intended and permitted by the Truck Safety Coalition to indicate a donor’s support for the duration provided. Recipient further agrees to use badges in the form as provided by the Truck Safety Coalition and agrees not to alter the badge in any way, shape, or form, other than by changing the size of the badge to fit an appropriate and permitted use. Additionally, the badges will be used solely to indicate a donor’s support for the Truck Safety Coalition and will not be used to state, imply, or infer the Truck Safety Coalition’s endorsement of services provided by any person or organization. Improper use of the badge or any portion of the badge will result in removal of listing as TSC Supporter on our webpage, without donation refund, and termination of the right to use the Badge.
