Recipient further agrees to use badges in the form as provided by the Truck Safety Coalition and agrees not to alter the badge in any way, shape, or form, other than by changing the size of the badge to fit an appropriate and permitted use. Additionally, the badges will be used solely to indicate a donor’s support for the Truck Safety Coalition and will not be used to state, imply, or infer the Truck Safety Coalition’s endorsement of services provided by any person or organization.
